$10/day Holiday Charge
(A 3-night minimum stay with a non-refundable 3-night deposit will be taken at the time of reservation for holidays.)
ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
RV Site reservations 7 days or longer are required to have 50% of the reservation deposit paid 14 days before arrival. We will automatically process this deposit.
The remaining deposit balance of all Rental Reservations will be automatically processed 14 days before arrival to hold your reservation.
One discount per RV reservation. NO DISCOUNTS FOR CABINS, COTTAGES, or SINGLE WIDE.
CANCELLATION POLICY
NO REFUNDS will be issued for early check-outs.
NO REFUNDS for cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival; full forfeiture of all required deposits will apply.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for Holiday cancellations.
For Non-Holiday reservations, cancellations or date changes must be made at least 15 days before arrival.
Cancellations outside this policy period will incur a $10.00 processing fee.
PET FEE
Pets are allowed in the Cottages and Cabins with a $50.00 pet fee. No pets are allowed in the Single Wide Trailer.
